For Schedule II medications, you choose: order electronically through CSOS, enroll once with your personal DEA-issued certificate for faster ordering with fewer errors, or use the paper DEA Form 222. Schedules III–V order right alongside the rest of your catalog, fully DEA-compliant either way.

Controlled substances
CSOS or Form 222, your choice
The Controlled Substance Ordering System lets you order Schedule II products electronically, replacing the paper DEA Form 222. You enroll once with a personal DEA-issued CSOS certificate, then place controlled orders right inside your portal, faster, with fewer errors, and fully DEA-compliant.
Prefer paper? We also accept the DEA Form 222 for Schedule II orders, and Schedules III–V order right alongside the rest of your catalog. Either way, every order stays fully DEA-compliant.
